    Human iPSC-Derived Ventricular Cardiomyocytes are specialized cells that closely mimic the properties of human ventricular heart cells, essential for cardiovascular research and drug development. Our Human iPSC-derived ventricular cardiomyocytes are differentiated from human induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) using a fully defined, proprietary cardiac differentiation protocol.

    These cardiomyocytes are thoroughly characterized through immunocytochemistry, targeting well-known markers such as MYL2 and cTNT, ensuring their ventricular-specific identity and functionality. They have been validated for their ability to exhibit ventricular-like electrophysiological properties and responsiveness to cardiotoxic drugs.

    Additionally, our ventricular cardiomyocytes are cryopreserved at an optimal stage of differentiation, ensuring their functionality and readiness for immediate use upon thawing. This guarantees a consistent and reliable cell source for research into ventricular fibrillation, ventricular-specific cardiac conditions, and cardiac toxicity testing.
