Use the kit after you extract host cell DNA from test samples. For achieving the better DNA recovery, it is recommended to use the resDetect™ resDNA Sample Preparation Kit Ⅱ (Magnetic Beads) (Cat. No. OPA-R024) in combination.
The kit is used for quantitative detection of residual HEK293 DNA in biopharmaceutical production.
