  • Product Details
    Human iPSC-Derived Vascularized Cerebral Organoids are differentiated from iPSCs using the Human iPSC-Derived Cerebral Organoid Differentiation Kit. These three-dimensional in vitro models feature a cellular composition and vascular structural organization that closely represent the human cerebral regions. Our vascularized cerebral organoids exhibit a high expression of the CD31 marker and possess a well-defined vascular network. This vascularization enables their application in etiopathological studies, drug screening tests based on blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability, and as a platform for studying neurological and cerebrovascular diseases.
  • Product Specification
    The vascularized cerebral organoid are ready-to-use organoids that are delivered in shipping medium and has to go through a 48h recovery process according to instruction.
  • Storage

    After recovery, please store the organoid in its maintenance medium under the correct incubation condition and medium changing process.
