Expression analysis of human PTK7 on HEK293/Human PTK7 Stable Cell Line by FACS.
Cell surface staining was performed on HEK293/Human PTK7 Stable Cell Line or negative control cell using anti-human PTK7 antibody followed by fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde, and then stained with PE anti-human IgG Fc antibody.
Immobilized Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque PTK7, His Tag (Cat. No. PT7-C52H3) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Cofetuzumab Pelidotin with a linear range of 0.06-2 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
The purity of Mouse PTK7 Protein, Fc Tag (Cat. No. PT7-M5256) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 240-270 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
