PE-Labeled Rhesus macaque Mamu-A*01&B2M Tetramer Protein (MAM-RP2H4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 25 - Pro 307 (Mamu-A*01) & Ile 21 - Met 119 (B2M) (Accession # Q5TM76 (Mamu-A*01) & Q6V7J5 (B2M)).

Molecular Characterization

PE-Labeled Rhesus macaque Mamu-A*01&B2M Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer and PE-labeled streptavidin.

Biotinylated Rhesus macaque Mamu-A*01&B2M Monomer Protein is produced by co-expression of Mamu-A and B2M. This Protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
