Product Details

  • Application

In in vivo CAR research, the endocytic capacity of tLNP is a key factor for evaluation of the delivery efficiency. Our pH Sensitive Anti-Camelid VHH Labeling Reagent (Cat. CAH-PZF2491a) specifically binds to the VHH format antibody, and the pH-sensitive dye can significantly enhance the fluorescence signal in an acidic environment. This enables flow cytometry analysis to evaluate the endocytic efficiency of VHH-format antibody-conjugated LNPs.

  • Features

    1. High signal-to-noise ratio – Strong fluorescence signal with minimal background
    2. Application validated – FACS-ready for tLNP uptake studies
    3. Universal – Target independent

     Camelid VHH FACS

tLNP-hCD8-Ab (VHH format) or Isotype Control LNP were labeled with pH Sensitive Anti-Camelid VHH (M1A11) Labeling Reagent (Cat. No. CAH-PZF2491a). CD3+ T cells were separately treated with pH Sensitive Dye-Labeled tLNP-hCD8 Ab (VHH format) or isotype control conjugates for 4 hours. APC signal was measured by flow cytometry to evaluate the tLNP internalization (Routinely tested).
