Anti-AAV2 Antibody ELISA Kit is based on the sandwich-ELISA method and is used to detect and quantitatively determine the Anti-AAV2 Antibody in serum. The kit is designed to provide reliable solutions for the immunogenicity studies and enrollment screening of AAV gene therapy products.

Storage
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

Detection of anti-AAV2 antibodies by sandwich-ELISA Assay.
Immobilized AAV2 Capsid Protein can bind Anti-AAV2 Antibody in 1:100 human serum, and then add Biotin-AAV2 Capsid Protein. Detection was performed using Streptavidin-HRP with sensitivity of 125 ng/mL.
The specific binding of PAV-A002 to Anti-AAV1/3/5/6/8/9 antibody was detected. The results showed that PAV-A002 only binds specifically to Anti-AAV2 antibody.
Intra-Assay Statistics
Three samples of known concentration in blank human serum were tested six times on one plate to assess intra-assay precision, Intra-Assay Precision CV≤15%.

Three samples of known concentration in blank mouse serum were tested six times on one plate to assess intra-assay precision, Intra-Assay Precision CV≤15%.

Three samples of known concentration in blank monkey serum were tested six times on one plate to assess intra-assay precision, Intra-Assay Precision CV≤15%.

Inter-Assay Statistics
