Application
In in vivo CAR research, the endocytic capacity of tLNP is a key factor for evaluation of the delivery efficiency. Our pH-sensitive Anti-Human IgG Labeling Reagent (Cat. IGG-ZFS307) specifically binds to the Fc region of human IgG antibodies, and the pH-sensitive dye can significantly enhance the fluorescence signal in an acidic environment. This enables FACS analysis to evaluate the endocytic efficiency of IgG-format antibody-conjugated LNPs.
Features
- High signal-to-noise ratio – Strong fluorescence signal with minimal background
- Fc-specific targeting – Preserves antibody–antigen interaction
- Application validated – FACS-ready for tLNP uptake studies
Specificity
Specifically binds to the Fc region of human IgG without recognizing Fab fragments or mouse IgG isotypes.
Storage
For long term storage, the product should be stored at lyophilized state at -20°C or lower.
Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
This product is stable after storage at:
- -20°C to -70°C for 24 months in lyophilized state;

tLNP-hCD8 Ab and LNP-Human IgG1 Kappa Isotype Control were labeled with pH Sensitive Anti-Human IgG Labeling Reagent (Cat. No. IGG-ZFS307). CD3+ T cells were separately treated with pH-sensitive Dye-Labeled tLNP-hCD8 Ab or isotype control conjugates for 4 hours, then analysis by Flow cytometric. APC signal was used to evaluate the activity (Routinely tested).
