Biotinylated Mouse IL-2RB&IL-2RG Protein, Fc,Avitag (ILG-M82F3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 27 - Glu 240 & Trp 23 – Ala 263 (Accession # P16297-1 & P34902-1).

Predicted N-terminus: Ala 27 & Trp 23

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 53.2 kDa & 56.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-80 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
