Molecular Characterization
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 16.0 kDa | 16.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 15-20 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a dimer.
Labeling
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with biotins using standard chemical labeling method. A standard biotin reagent (13.5 angstroms) is used in this product.

SEC-MALS

Validated with Bispecific Antibody. Immobilized Human BCMA, His Tag, premium grade (Cat. No. BCA-H522y) at 5 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Human anti-BCMA×CD3 scFv and then add Biotinylated Cynomolgus CD3 epsilon Protein, His Tag, primary amine labeling (Cat. No. CDE-C82H3) at 0.2 μg/mL. Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with sensitivity of 6.05 ng/mL (QC tested).
