Human IL-23A&Alpaca IL-12B Heterodimer Protein, His Tag&Tag Free (ILB-HA52W3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Arg 20 - Pro 189 & Ile 23 - Ser 330 (Accession # Q9NPF7 & A0A6I9IGP5).
Predicted N-terminus: Arg 20 & Ile 23
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 20.6 kDa & 34.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 22-23 kDa and 38-41 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
The protein is designed as a heterodimer.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
