Human DR3 Protein, His Tag (TN5-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gln 25 - Gln 199 (Accession # Q93038-1).
This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 20.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 30-37 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Human DR3 Protein, His Tag(TN5-H52H3) was digested with trypsin and characterized by LC-MS/MS peptide mapping, achieving 100% sequence coverage (Routinely tested).
Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>95% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.
