Bioactivity-ELISA

Immobilized Human CD72, His Tag (Cat. No. CD2-H52H3) at 1 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Anti-Human CD72 Nanobody and then add Anti-Camelid VHH antibody at 1 μg/mL. Detection was performed using Peroxidase AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Fcγ fragment specific (min X Hu, Bov, Hrs Sr Prot) with sensitivity of 0.15 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
