BAFFR, TNFRSF13C, BROMIX, CD268, CVID4, prolixin, BAFF-R
Human BAFFR Protein, His Tag (BAR-H52H3) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ser 7 - Ala 71 (Accession # Q96RJ3-1).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 8.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 17-22 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Human BAFFR Protein, His Tag(BAR-H52H3) was digested with trypsin and characterized by LC-MS/MS peptide mapping, achieving 100% sequence coverage (Routinely tested).
