This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
The protein has a calculated MW of 87.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 95-125 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Our data show that some of our peptides were able to disrupt the interaction between these two proteins. We find this product very valuable and with good quality.
