Protocol for QC was easy to understand and repeat. Easy way to download the Certificate of Analysis via the printed QR code on product vials. Customer service answered very fast and was very friendly. QC of Human Galectin-1 protein vs. biotinylated human CD45 protein (CD5-H82E7) was fine.
