Enfortumab

Enfortumab, is a monoclonal antibody used to treat urothelial carcinoma. Specifically it is used for urothelial carcinoma that is Nectin-4 receptor positive. Enfortumab works by binding to the Nectin-4 receptor and inducing tumor cell apoptosis. Enfortumab is a recombinant IgG1 kappa, fully human monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with high affinity in a cell-based assay to the extracellular domain of the human Nectin-4 protein.
