Mouse PD-L1 : Mouse PD-1 [Biotinylated] Inhibitor Screening ELISA Kit is based on a competition-ELISA method, is used to screening for inhibitors of human Mouse PD-L1 binding to Mouse PD-1. It can also be used as a universal detection tool to identify the ability of human Mouse PD-L1 binding to Mouse PD-1.

Storage
Unopened kit should be stored at 2°C -8°C upon receiving. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

INHIBITION OF Mouse PD-L1: Mouse PD-1 [Biotinylated] BINDING BY ANTI-Mouse PD-L1 NEUTRALIZING ANTIBODY
Serial dilutions of Anti-Mouse PD-L1 Neutralizing antibody (Catalog # EP157-C04) (1:1 serial dilution, from 5 μg/mL to 0.00244μg/mL) was added into Mouse PD-L1: Biotinylated Mouse PD-1 binding reactions. The assay was performed according to the protocol described below. Background was subtracted from data points prior to log transformation and curve fitting (QC tested).
