MMAE-ADC Quantitative Detection ELISA Kit, based on the sandwich ELISA principle, is used for the quantitative detection of intact MMAE-ADC in cynomolgus monkey serum or plasma matrices and serves as an effective tool for intact ADC quantification during ADC drug research and development.
Application
This kit is developed for detection and quantitative determination of intact MMAE-ADC in samples.
It is for research use only.
Storage
1. Unopened kit should be stored at 2℃-8℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
3. The opened kit should be stored per components table. The shelf life is 30 days from the date of opening.

For each experiment, a standard curve should be generated for each microplate. The absolute OD values may vary depending on the laboratory, operator, or equipment. The example data provided below are for reference only.
Dilution Linearity
To assess the assay linearity, a high-concentration standard was spiked into different dilution matrices and serially diluted to generate concentrations within the dynamic range of the assay.

Intra-Assay Statistics
Three samples of known concentration in blank cynomolgus monkey serum and plasma were tested in ten replicates within a single plate to evaluate intra-assay precision; intra-assay precision CV≤20%.

Inter-Assay Statistics
Three samples of known concentration in blank cynomolgus monkey serum and plasma were tested in three independent assays to evaluate inter-assay precision; inter-assay precision CV≤20%.
