Workflow
Storage

For each experiment, a standard curve needs to be set for each microplate, and the specific OD value may vary depending on different laboratories, testers, or equipment. The following example data is for reference only. The sample concentration was calculated based on the results of the standard curve. The minimum detectable concentration of Amyloid beta 1-42 is less than 10 pg/mL.
Sample Values
Ten healthy Cerebrospinal Fluid samples were evaluated for the concentrations of human Amyloid beta 1-42 in assay.
Intra-Assay Statistics
Ten replicates of each of three samples containing different Amyloid beta 1-42 concentrations were tested in one assay. Acceptable criteria: CV＜10%.
Inter-Assay Statistics
Three samples containing different concentrations of Amyloid beta 1-42 were tested in independent assays. Acceptable criteria: CV<15%.
Recovery
Recombinant Amyloid beta 1-42 was spiked into three human Cerebrospinal Fluid samples, and then analyzed. The average recovery of Amyloid beta 1-42 for Cerebrospinal Fluid samples is 110.7%.
