    This product can be directly isolated using conventional column-free magnetic stand (eg. Cat. MB-01/ MB-02/ MB-03/ MB-04). Please note that due to its micron-scale size, it is not compatible with commercially available column-based (M/D/L) magnetic separation systems.

  • Product Description

    ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are uniform, superparamagnetic beads of 5.5 µm in diameter immobilized with Human CD22 protein expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) and contains AA Asp 20 - Arg 687 (Accession # P20273-1).
    ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.

  • Application

    ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are designed to stimulate in vitro CD22-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells, similar to the tumor cell lines that express human CD22 antigen. It can be used as follows:
    Evaluating the characteristics of CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
    In vitro expansion of CD22-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
    In vitro enrichment of CD22-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.

  • Reconstitution

    See Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for detailed instruction.

  • Storage

    This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20˚C for 12 months in lyophilized state. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

    Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

    Assay of human CD22 protein on the μBeads surface by Flow cytometry. ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) (Cat. No. MBS-C007) were stained with anti-human CD22 antibody, and then followed by FITC anti-human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry.

  • Stimulate Siglec-2 CAR-T Cells -Cytokines

     Siglec-2 CYTOKINES

    ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) (Cat. No. MBS-C007) can activate CD22-specific CAR-T cells by detecting the secretion of IFN- γ in vitro.

     Siglec-2 CYTOKINES

    CD22 CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C007) for 24 h , and cell-free supernatants were harvested for evaluating IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6 secretion by flow cytometry. The results showed that CD22 CAR-T cells released significantly larger amounts of IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-6 into the supernatants in response to CD22 μBeads (Data is the average of 3 independent experiments, error bars ± SD).

  • Stimulate Siglec-2 CAR-T Cells -Cytotoxic Molecules

     Siglec-2 CYTOTOXIC MOLECULES

    CD22 CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human CD22 μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C007) for 24h, and cell-free supernatants were harvested for evaluating Granzyme B secretion by ELISA. The results showed that CD22 CAR-T cells released significantly larger amounts of Granzyme B into the supernatants in response to CD22 μBeads (Data is the average of 3 independent experiments, error bars ± SD).
