Product Description
ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are uniform, superparamagnetic beads of 5.5 µm in diameter immobilized with Human MSLN protein expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) and contains AA Glu 296 - Gly 580 (Accession # AAH09272.1).
ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.Application
ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are designed to stimulate in vitro MSLN-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells, similar to the tumor cell lines that express human MSLN antigen. It can be used as follows:
Evaluating the characteristics of CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
In vitro expansion of MSLN-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
In vitro enrichment of MSLN-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.Reconstitution

Storage
This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20˚C for 12 months in lyophilized state. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

Stimulate Mesothelin CAR-T Cells -Cytokines

ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads, premium grade (for cells) (Cat. No. MBS-C003) can activate MSLN-specific CAR-T cells by detecting the secretion of IFN- γ in vitro.

MSLN CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C003) for 24h, the cell-free supernatant was collected by centrifugation for evaluating IFN-γ, TNFα and IL-4 secretion by CBA. The results indicated that MSLN CAR-T cells responded to MSLN μBeads, and the expressions of the IFN-γ, TNFα and IL-4 increased (Data is the average of 3 independent experiments, error bars ± SD).
Stimulate Mesothelin CAR-T Cells -Cytotoxic Molecules

MSLN CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C003) for 24h, the cell-free supernatant was collected by centrifugation for evaluating Granzyme B secretion by ELISA. The results indicated that MSLN CAR-T cells responded to MSLN μBeads, and the expressions of the Granzyme B increased (Data is the average of 3 independent experiments, error bars ± SD).
Stimulate Mesothelin CAR-T Cells -Activation Marker

MSLN CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C003) for 24h. After demagnetization of the beads, the cells were collected and CD25, CD69, and CD137 were detected by FACS. The results indicated that MSLN CAR-T cells responded to MSLN μBeads, and the expressions of the three markers increased (Data is the average of 3 independent experiments, error bars ± SD).
Stimulate Mesothelin CAR-T Cells -Exhaustion Marker

MSLN CAR-T cells were stimulated with ActiveMax® Human MSLN μBeads (Cat. No. MBS-C003) for 24h. After demagnetization of the beads, the cells were collected and LAG3, PD-1 were detected by FACS. Can lyophilized proteins remain stable during room-temperature shipping or temporary room-temperature exposure?
In general, lyophilized proteins remain stable during room-temperature shipping or temporary exposure to room-temperature conditions.
Many ACROBiosystems recombinant proteins are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. The lyophilization process effectively removes moisture from the product, helping reduce degradation-related reactions and improve protein stability during transportation and storage.
To evaluate the stability of lyophilized proteins under normal temperature conditions, ACROBiosystems conducted a stability study on 11 representative lyophilized protein products at 37°C. The study demonstrated that these proteins maintained good quality stability after storage at 37°C for approximately 20 days. Based on these validation results, temporary room-temperature exposure during shipping or handling is generally not expected to have a significant impact on product quality or downstream application performance.
To ensure optimal long-term stability, products should be stored according to the storage conditions specified in the product Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon receipt.
