    This product can be directly isolated using conventional column-free magnetic stand (eg. Cat. MB-01/ MB-02/ MB-03/ MB-04). Please note that due to its micron-scale size, it is not compatible with commercially available column-based (M/D/L) magnetic separation systems.

  • Product Description

    ActiveMax® Human CD7 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are uniform, superparamagnetic beads of 5.5 µm in diameter immobilized with Human CD7 protein expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293) and contains AA Ala 26 - Pro 180 (Accession # P09564-1).
    ActiveMax® Human CD7 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are produced under sterile manufacturing conditions (ISO 5), and no animal- or human-derived components are used throughout the production process. It is produced under our rigorous quality control system that includes a comprehensive set of tests including sterility and endotoxin tests.

  • Application

    ActiveMax® Human CD7 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) are designed to stimulate in vitro CD7-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells, similar to the tumor cell lines that express human CD7 antigen. It can be used as follows:
    Evaluating the characteristics of CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
    In vitro expansion of CD7-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.
    In vitro enrichment of CD7-specific CAR-T cells or UCAR-T cells.

  • Reconstitution

    See Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for detailed instruction.

  • Storage

    This product is stable in storage under the following conditions: -20˚C for 12 months in lyophilized state. -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

    Please protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.Immediate use after reconstitution is highly recommended.

    Assay of human CD7 protein on the μBeads surface by Flow cytometry. ActiveMax® Human CD7 μBeads, premium grade (for cells) (Cat. No. MBS-C005) were stained with anti-human CD7 antibody, and then followed by FITC anti-human IgG Fc antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry.

    Can lyophilized proteins remain stable during room-temperature shipping or temporary room-temperature exposure?

    In general, lyophilized proteins remain stable during room-temperature shipping or temporary exposure to room-temperature conditions.


    Many ACROBiosystems recombinant proteins are supplied in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form. The lyophilization process effectively removes moisture from the product, helping reduce degradation-related reactions and improve protein stability during transportation and storage.


    To evaluate the stability of lyophilized proteins under normal temperature conditions, ACROBiosystems conducted a stability study on 11 representative lyophilized protein products at 37°C. The study demonstrated that these proteins maintained good quality stability after storage at 37°C for approximately 20 days. Based on these validation results, temporary room-temperature exposure during shipping or handling is generally not expected to have a significant impact on product quality or downstream application performance.


    To ensure optimal long-term stability, products should be stored according to the storage conditions specified in the product Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon receipt.
