Western blot analysis of Monkeypox virus (Democratic Republic of the Congo) M1R Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. M1R-M52H3). The protein was loaded at 400 ng per lane and detected using Monoclonal Anti-M1R (MPXV) (Democratic Republic of the Congo) Antibody, Mouse IgG1 (1C7) at 0.02 μg/mL, followed by (HFC)- Peroxidase AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Fcγ fragment specific secondary antibody at a 1:1500 dilution. A specific band was detected at approximately 28-33 kDa.
