Background
Recombinant Monoclonal Anti-FAP Antibody, Rabbit (M1D4) is a FAP primary antibody for IHC application.
FAP is a type II transmembrane serine protease that is selectively expressed in activated fibroblasts during tissue remodeling, wound healing, and tumorigenesis. It functions at the cell surface and in the extracellular region, linking stromal activation to matrix remodeling. FAP supports tumor progression and is associated with cell invasion, angiogenesis, and immune evasion. FAP Expression measurements show high levels in hepatobiliary, renal, and female reproductive systems.Product Specifications
