Western Blot
Western blot analysis of recombinant Human Serum Albumin, His & Myc Tag. The protein was loaded at 400 ng per lane and detected using Anti-c-Myc Tag Monoclonal Antibody (9E10) at 0.02 μg/mL, followed by Peroxidase-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Fcγ Fragment Specific secondary antibody at a 1:1500 dilution. The predicted band size is approximately 67 kDa.
