LikesI used the Rep 68 Protein for a Western Blot positive control and it worked perfectly ! The signal I had was strong with a short time of exposure, and it was one clean band. Furthermore, I only used a few ng of the sample to load the Western Blot gel, so I can do many many Western Blots with a single tube. I also found it easy to handle as the reconstitution was clear.
