Biotinylated Rhesus macaque Mamu-A*08&B2M Monomer Protein (MAM-R82E5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Gly 17 - Pro 299 (Mamu-A*08) & Ile 21 - Met 119 (B2M) (Accession # Q9MW40 (Mamu-A*08) & Q6V7J5 (B2M)).

Predicted N-terminus: Gly 17 & Ile 21

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 35.7 kDa and 11.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 40-42 kDa and 10 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
